All week, the news reports and weather forecasts have been telling us we were expecting a big snow storm on Wednesday. Total snowfall and accumulation estimates changed every couple hours, every day leading up to it, which was a little frustrating, but it was coming anyway. It was expected to start snowing around midnight and snow all throughout the day, until the evening. Well it did. I still haven’t seen the reported inches for this storm, but it really was a lot. Monday was fantastic, sunny skies, and 80 degrees. Tuesday started out as a beautiful day, with blue skies and fall colored leaves on all the trees and bushes. By the time I left work, though, the clouds had rolled in and it was getting cold and dark, fast. When I woke up Wednesday morning, it looked like a winter wonderland. Gotta love the ever changing weather here in Colorado!
