Jerry and I were finally able
to start up our kid dates again. It’s been too long, and I was really excited
to get them going again. I think the kids were too : ) we decided to start a
new rotation so we had the kids draw numbers and that was the new order to
follow. Then Jerry and I flipped a coin to see who would start. I won. So for
the first half of the rotation, I got to go on my dates with Caleb, Ian, and
Tylor. We will complete the rotation by Jerry and I switching off, and that
will probably start after the holidays.
Here’s a little glimpse of my
dates with the boys:
Caleb and I went Bowling, and then had dinner at Olive Garden and Dessert at TCBY
Ian and I went to Olive
Garden for dinner, then went to play mini golf and laser tag at Fort Fun and
then we grabbed frosties at Wendy’s for dessert.
Tylor and I had dinner at 5
Guys Burgers and Fries, went to Fort Fun for some mini golf and laser tag, and
then went to TCBY for dessert
I had lots of fun, and I just
absolutely love having some one on one time with the kids.
