Sewing Lessons

Lily has been asking to learn how to sew for a little while now. I guess it's as good a time as any to break out the sewing machine and teach her how to use it. She didn't like any of the patterns we looked at, at the fabric store, so I told her we could just make it up. She's going to need to learn how to make her own designs without a pattern when she's a famous fashion designer, anyway :) Here's how it went:
