I'm just sitting here wondering if soccer is ever going to officially start, this season. My husband is coaching 3 teams for 4 of our kids and they started practice nearly 3 weeks ago. Last week was supposed to be their first game, but there was still too much snow on the fields after our lovely Spring Storm. And now, the news is calling for another big snow storm to hit early Saturday morning. I'm not sure the kids are going to get to play this game either. It's so frustrating, it's only an eight week season. The kids are totally bummed too, because they've been looking forward to these games since last fall. I would just love for the snow to wait until about 3 pm on Saturday, instead of first thing in the morning... Let the kids have their games first, then we'll take 'em sledding after!
